Monday morning, 10 AM in Germany. Our first cacao meeting with Mischa after his vacation was on the agenda. For two weeks, our Cacao Mischa team had been in the cockpit alone, charting some new courses in the cacao universe. It felt a little jittery and tingly. Eager and excited. The question hung in the air: Would Mischa be as happy with our ideas and implementations as we were?

What a relief.

We could see his gratitude and ecstasy directly in his eyes. From now on, he'll probably have to travel more often and enjoy his time off so we can take over the creative helm here, he said 😉
