Just as Batman is nothing more than an oversized bat without his Batmobile, it stands to reason that cocoa also needs an extravagant vehicle to travel through the world and into people's hearts.
In the past, Roger saved people from harm as an emergency vehicle - today he does it with cocoa and good vibes.
