How does payment work?

For every referral who orders using your personal code, you will receive 15% cacao credit – yay!

You can easily redeem the credit in the shop for your next order, using a code generated by you in your account.
I'm a professional influencer – what if my credit "overflows"?

If you have a larger reach and your cacao credit will soon exceed your own needs, we can gladly meet and see if a paid cooperation makes sense. However, to start, we always recommend discovering the magic of sharing with cacao credit first.
Where can I see my balance and referrals?

In your Ambassador Dashboard, you'll find everything at a glance:
Your sales, your cacao credit, your code – and how many people you've already touched. ✨

How do I get my code?

You can choose your own Heart Code during the application process – perhaps your name, a loving word, or something very personal. Registration is required beforehand.

Your community will then receive a 10% discount on their order with your code – and you'll put a little smile on their faces.
You can also change the code later.
How can I change my code?

It's easy to do through your Uppromote account. And if you ever get stuck: drop us a line – we'll help you right away.
Is there a minimum number of recommendations?

No. For us, it's not about quantity, but heart. You can share at your own pace – completely without pressure. A smile, a hot chocolate, a recommendation – that's all it takes.

Wonderful! For such heartfelt occasions, we have a sponsorship offer that is exclusively for ambassadors.

You can secure a suitable ceremony bundle at a discount via our sponsorship page – ideal for retreats, women's circles, or other magical gatherings.
I am still very small – is it even worth it?

Absolutely! Most of our ambassadors share cacao because they love it – not because of the "big numbers."

You can easily share your code with friends, neighbors, at the office, or in your family chat. Every sip counts – and every moment of connection is valuable. 🤎
Can we also share it together?

Oh yes! With our team feature you can invite other cocoa lovers and build your own team of heart. When your team members share, you also get a little extra cocoa credit. Sharing is caring!
Am I also allowed to sell the cocoa offline?

Yes, that is possible, but only if a certain cacao value (at least €300 purchase) is reached. You are welcome to recommend, gift, or enjoy it together in ceremonies, circles, or everyday life – with your code, everyone will also find their way to the shop. Is there any promotional material to share?

Oh yes! We have lovingly designed graphics – from story slides and cocoa images to posts and web banners. You can find these under "Marketing tools" in your account. All you need to do is add your code to the graphics and you're ready to share your love of cocoa with the world.
Which cocoa is best to start with for sharing?

We recommend our starter kit as well as our short preparation e-book.

This way, you can experience the cacao for yourself and share initial recommendations from your own experience right away. A few samples make sharing even easier.
