Sometimes I imagine myself as an iceberg.
Not only because icebergs are incredibly cool. Above all, I associate myself with the quality that this "small" protruding tip, which is visible above the water surface, is held by a much larger mass, a much greater force, than can be seen from the outside.
I connect with the fact that my individual existence is only the tip of the iceberg of existence and intelligence that reigns here on earth. I am the walking manifestation of universal principles and connected to everything that is. I regularly let this melt in my mouth, like the finest sugar-free chocolate. But what does this have to do with these people in the pictures who seem so pure? A lot! Because this universal connection is not just a spiritual concept. It is not an excuse to fall into inactivity - "everything is one anyway!" Quite the opposite. It is my motivation to act and to do good for as many individuals on this planet as possible. Because fundamentally we are one.
The pictures show Peruvian families who are behind the fantastic beans that you and I can enjoy every day in the form of ceremonial cocoa. People with stories, fates and big hearts. Through a fundraising campaign last month, you and I financed a total of 25 kilograms of pure cocoa mass for these families. This was provided locally thanks to Jan from @originalbeans . This means that the people in the Piura Valley in northern Peru can enjoy and appreciate the qualities of this wonderful raw material just as much as you and I do.
I am very happy about this success and thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is just the beginning. In December the time will come and I will visit the people there in person.

Where is the journey going?
I imagine that when we are born, it is like getting on a rollercoaster. Exciting, uncertain and maybe even dangerous! A real thrill in any case...
What does trust mean?
There are moments that I like more than others.
