These Cacao Mischa Gatherings are non-commercial events: they serve exclusively for community spirit – not business. It's not about performance, but about connection.

Our General Terms and Conditions for Hosts apply.

No commercial events: If you are planning an event on behalf of your business (e.g. retreat, workshop, etc.), this is a sponsorship inquiry.

Kakao Mischa provides cacao, structure, and inspiration. The execution is up to you. You can fairly pass on any incurred costs as a contribution towards expenses – Kakao Mischa does not cover costs.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can become a host?

Anyone who feels drawn to the Kakao Mischa vision, is open to community, and is willing to independently hold space – with or without prior experience.
Does this cost anything for me as a host?

You will receive a 30% discount on 500g blocks. You are responsible for other costs (e.g. room rental), but you can pass them on to participants fairly and transparently.
How many people will participate?

That's up to you. Whether it's 3 or 20 people – the important thing is that everyone feels comfortable and that there is enough space to arrive and simply be.
Do I need to prepare a ritual or program?

No. There is only one fixed item on the agenda: drinking cocoa. Everything else can emerge intuitively. You can, of course, include breathing exercises, music, discussion rounds, etc. – but there's no need for an elaborate concept.
How long should the gathering last?

We recommend at least 2 hours to allow enough time for connection, cocoa, and integration.
What happens after the application?

You'll receive all the information, the discount code, and planning templates from us – and then you can get started.
