On March 30th, the time had finally come: 35 wonderful souls gathered at the Prana Studios in Hamburg – for the largest regional cacao gathering in the North to date. And what can I say? Hamburg, my pearl.

I had the privilege of organizing this special get-together and am still completely moved by the depth, connection, and magic we experienced together.

We started with a beautiful cacao ceremony with live music, which opened us and our hearts for the day. Afterward, we went even deeper into relaxation with a regulating sound bath, which felt like a warm hug for the nervous system.

And then things came alive: Pramana flow, drumming, mantra singing – the energy vibrated through the entire room and let us bathe in movement, voice, and community.

In between, we nourished our hearts and stomachs with a delicious vegan potluck buffet (and honestly – the buffet was almost a ceremonial highlight in itself).

A huge thank you goes to the wonderful Prana Studios, who enabled this special atmosphere with their space. And to the space holders: Krischan, Nele, Juliana, Jana, and Claudia – without you, the day would not have had this depth and loving structure.

Also a heartfelt thank you to our social media man Nikolai, who captured every moment with a camera, feeling, and sensitivity, making it unforgettable for us. 

It was a gathering that combined depth and lightness, grounding and ecstasy – a day that made us northerners shine.

I am so grateful for every single encounter, every hug, every smile, and every beat that echoes in our hearts. Hamburg – you rocked it so much.
And I am already looking forward to next time. 💛
