I would like to use this Friday blog post to express my favorite manifestation and feel-good practice: gratitude. Since my yoga course in India in 2018, gratitude has become extremely important in my life. And since then, I have taken every opportunity to express it and let people, places and beings know that I appreciate their existence. So today, here is a list of the things I am grateful for RIGHT NOW:
- Thank you, thank you, thank you for wonderful weather that reminds me how beautiful the world is.
- Thank you, thank you, thank you for the great support in my cocoa business, because I couldn't manage without it.
- Thank you, thank you, thank you for accepting myself, because sometimes things are allowed to go smoothly.
- Thank you, thank you, thank you for the ancient knowledge of the Celts, Indians, Maya and Aztecs, which now helps me make sense of what is going on in the world.
- Thank you, thank you, thank you for the amazing friends and family who enrich my life so incredibly with their kindness and compassion.
- Thank you, thank you, thank you for new, delicious and exquisite cocoa that I can soon share with you.
- Thank you, thank you, thank you for my healthy and beautiful body because it is the best vehicle for this life that I can imagine.
- Thank you, thank you, thank you for dance, touch and movement because they express my soul and are so brutally honest.
- Thank you, thank you, thank you for an Easter weekend that gives me space to relax and let go.
- Thank you, thank you, thank you for the financial and interpersonal abundance in my life, because it is an expression of what I want for myself and my loved ones.
