As you may know, I like drinking cocoa
But I have never considered fasting completely. On the other hand, I practice intermittent fasting every day with the help of cocoa.
In this case, however, my traditional food was completely eliminated. Whenever I get hungry, I drink a cocoa.
No more after 6 p.m.
How do I feel about it?
I feel excellent.
I notice how the absence of a “full stomach” (I usually eat well) coupled with the sensory-sharpening effect of cocoa create a special flow.
I can enjoy this flow because, apart from our dog Ruby, I have no obligations this weekend.
I can indulge myself and the cocoa always helps me to find what is exciting, fun or growth-rich for me.
In fact, I feel like a child.
Only with the bonus that I don't have to ask anyone for permission.
Cocoa as an adaptogen manages to adapt to the respective situations and has an encouraging, sometimes grounding effect - but always beneficial.
Physically, I don't feel like I'm missing anything. If I stick to the 6 p.m. rule and practice good light hygiene, sleep is restful. Sport with 60-70% effort is possible!
I am very sensory-sensitive and not particularly attuned to social contact, except for a few people who are very close to me.
But that can change at any time.
Here's a little digression through my consciousness researcher glasses:
The high-quality fats in cocoa make it feel like my body has switched its metabolism to fat (instead of carbohydrates). Called in professional circles: ketosis.
This is how I explain the stable energy levels and mental clarity (the theobromine will certainly help too).
The neurotransmitters are tingling in my stomach and motivate me to do things that seem important to me at the moment and at the same time to stop when it's enough.
Overall, I feel an enormous desire for life.

Ich kann Dir nur zustimmen, mir ging es genauso. Ich habe deinen Kakao getrunken und hatte keinen Hunger u habe dann einfach gefastet.allerdings morgens mit dem Piu 🤎 und nachmittags bzw. gegen Abend mit dem Chuncho. Ich bin da ganz nach Gefühl gegängelt. Mir ging/geht es damit sehr gut und ich habe auch keinen Hunger verspürt und vor allem ist mein Heißhunger auf süßes verschwunden. DANKE DANKE DaNKE
