FAQ – Unser Umzug in die neue Manufaktur & ins neue Versandlager

A big chapter is coming to an end. A new one is beginning.
Here you can find answers to the questions that many of you are currently asking.

1. Quality & Production

Will the quality of the cacao remain unchanged despite the new manufacturing facility?

No – it will actually be better.
Our new manufacturer has significantly more expertise than we had before.
This means:

  • no more crumbly consistency

  • less discoloration

  • more consistent, stable quality

  • higher-quality processing with every batch

We now have the resources to create the best product that is technically possible for us.

Fitting for this plant medicine, I think.

Will the new cacao fairies feel the cacao just as we did before?

The new fairies are people from completely normal professions.

Cacao is new to them – and we don't force anyone to "have to feel" it.
Curiosity and openness are completely enough, and if someone jumps on board – all the better!

Will Kakao Mischa become "more commercial" due to the new structure or lose its heart?

At the beginning, it might feel a bit more "commercial" – new rooms, new processes, new people.

But I promise that we will do our best to welcome this heart back in elsewhere, without having to compromise on quality and customer satisfaction.

This gives us opportunities that were previously impossible:

  • even more beautiful packaging

  • new cacao varieties and forms

  • more stable and faster production processes

The heart remains, while the possibilities grow.

How does the cacao remain energetically "pure" when larger quantities are processed?

We continue to protect our cacao – including through QiHome against EMF radiation.
And we will continue to be on-site, talk to the people, share our message, and connect together.

Heartfelt presence is more important to us than spiritual rituals.

Will ritual elements continue to be part of the production?

We offer it to the new fairies – but we force no one.

It is more important that people feel comfortable and that the rooms have a warm, harmonious atmosphere.

Spirit is not created by obligation, but by authenticity.

2. Team & Transition

What happens to the cacao fairies from Neubrunn and Böttigheim – the old manufacturing facility?

For me, the most difficult decision of my life, because this is where our paths part.

This transition is a step into something new for all of us – and something new sometimes feels painful at first.

We gave all the fairies the opportunity to stay in contact with us if they wish, but we force no one.

Even if it hurts at the beginning:
This is the starting signal for all of us into a new chapter.

Are you losing control if production and shipping are partially outsourced?

In some areas yes – in the most important ones, no.

  • In production, we retain 100% control over how it is produced.

  • In the shipping warehouse, we can help shape things, but no longer have to carry the full responsibility.

That is liberating.
And it creates more room for creativity, innovation, and connection with you.

If we should notice at some point that we need more control, we will get it for ourselves.

🚚 3. Shipping, Availability & Community Benefits

What are the benefits of the move for us as ambassadors and the community?

Quite simple:

  • No more stock shortages. (as of January 2026)

  • Faster delivery times

  • Fewer errors

  • More reliability

You will get your cacao the way you deserve it: stable, prompt, and in the best quality.

Can we support you during the transition?

Yes: through feedback.
We want to know how the cacao is received by you, what moves you, what you wish for – whether products, varieties, processes, or packaging.

Your feeling helps us.

4. Origin & Sustainability

Will the connection to the original communities in Peru and Guatemala remain?

Yes – 100%.
The contact with the farmers remains, the trips remain, Peru remains our heart.

And:
In the coming years, we would like to open these trips to ambassadors, so that you can experience the roots of the cacao yourself.

Will anything change regarding sustainability or fairness?

We continue to operate along the chain of appreciation.

The ecological footprint will actually improve because transport routes will be shorter (Amsterdam → Düsseldorf).

5. Future & Vision

What new possibilities arise from the new manufacturing facility?

Many new doors are opening:

  • new cacao varieties

  • new forms

  • first cosmetic products (aura sprays, salves, etc.)

  • chocolate creations

We can finally play, create, and experiment.

Will there be events or tours in the new manufacturing facility?

Yes.

The new rooms are kept in pristine condition – tours are possible and planned for next year.

Will the price of your products change?

No, prices will remain stable.

And perhaps in the future, we can even offer a more affordable cacao – without any loss of quality.

Of course, we remain dependent on the global cacao price.

What is your long-term vision with the new structure?

I, Mischa, am now getting closer to my vision:

To reach, touch, and connect as many people as possible with cacao.

The new structure enables:

  • larger campaigns

  • new adventures

  • new varieties

  • projects in the growing countries

  • more presence in the world

Kakao Mischa remains a living path of the heart and continues to unfold in an organic way. Who knows where it will lead...

If you have further questions: Ask us!

We are here to go through this transition transparently, openly, and together.

Thank you for being on the journey with us!

With love,
Your Mischa
