Hello my dears,
autumn is in the air. I’m sitting here right now in wool socks, a hoodie, and tea—cozied up and full of anticipation.
Because the days are getting shorter, the nights longer, and that means: it's cacao time again.
And it is precisely in this transition, when light and dark are in balance, that I would like to invite you:
On September 22nd at 6:00 PM, I will be holding a free online cacao ceremony for the equinox.
We will take about an hour together to look back in gratitude at the abundance of summer and to tune ourselves inwardly to the darker time of year.

Why now?
Many cultures have celebrated this moment as a harvest festival—gratitude for what has grown, and at the same time letting go to move into autumn with peace and reflection.
For me, it is a magical time to feel balance: between the outer world and the inner world, light and shadow, giving and receiving.
Perhaps you remember the last ceremony for Lionsgate—over 300 people were there at the time, really fiery and wild.
This time we are going deeper: less fire, more gratitude, more stillness. And yet, as always with me, with a pinch of humor and vibrancy.

Your cacao for the ceremony
Of course, cacao is a must.
My tip: try our Esmeraldas Cacao for this ceremony. With its warm, chocolatey depth, it fits the energy of autumn perfectly.
And for those who like it simple: Our new Cacao Drops have just been born—three pieces make exactly one ceremonial dose. Easy, delicious, and incredibly practical.
How to prepare
- Prepare a cup of cacao (Esmeraldas or whichever calls to you)
- Find a cozy spot
- Have something to write with ready
- Plan at least one hour of quiet time for yourself
We will meet via Zoom:
- Click here for the ceremony on Zoom (link)
- Meeting ID: 818 3379 1242
- Passcode: 163332
I'm so looking forward to seeing you.
Let’s give thanks together, let go, and start autumn feeling strengthened.
From heart to heart,
Mischa
