There are days in the year that feel like a quiet spell. December 21st, the Yule festival (the start of the Rauhnächte), is one of them. It is the moment when light is reborn.

The beginning of the Rauhnächte is that very sacred time between the years when the world becomes quieter and our inner voice louder. That is why we invite you on this special day to enter this magical time together with Mischa and the medicine of ceremonial cacao. 🥰

A ceremony for all cacao souls

This cacao ceremony is for everyone who loves cacao, feels it, and wants to grow with it. You don't need a Rauhnächte bundle, just yourself, your cacao, and the willingness to let go and be present.

Together, we will open a loving, protected space to:

• consciously honor the old year
• let go of what we no longer wish to carry with us
• open our hearts to the new
• take the first energetic step into the Rauhnächte

Carried by the spirit of cacao, a moment may arise that grounds, nourishes, and aligns you with clarity.

What to expect in the ceremony

✨ 1. Arriving & Opening the Ritual Space

We connect in a circle, leave the everyday behind, and together enter the transition between the years. With a gentle grounding or breathwork journey, you will arrive in your body and heart.

✨ 2. Cacao Ceremony

We drink ceremonial cacao together; your cacao, your cup, your heart. The cacao opens a space for warmth, softness, and deep heart connection. It lovingly guides you into introspection and creates clarity for what wishes to emerge.

✨ 3. Looking back at the old year

In a guided reflection, you are invited to consciously encounter yourself:

• What can I honor?
• What do I want to let go of?
• What has strengthened, shaped, or awakened me?

This part gives you inner order and prepares the soil for a light new beginning.

✨ 4. Journey into the energy of the Rauhnächte

We symbolically open the threshold to the Rauhnächte and immerse ourselves in their meaning:

• Why these nights are so sacred
• What energy they carry
• How cacao can accompany you through this time

A first attunement to what is to come.

Mischa leads you through a deep heart and soul journey, carried by light, vision, inner wisdom, and a gentle alignment toward the new year. A space for healing, connection, and inner imagery.

Together, we consciously open ourselves to the new year:
