Cacao Ceremony & Ecstatic Dance 💃🕺

• At the beginning, a guided cacao ceremony with Anka – calm, grounded, anchored in the heart: “Mama Cacao, our plant teacher, reminds you of your vibrancy and the joy of simply being.”  
• Following this is Ecstatic Dance: a free, intuitive movement journey without words, without instructions. Your body becomes the expression of your soul.  
• What awaits you: heart opening, movement, free self-expression, mindful space for healing, integration in silence.  
• Target group: People who long for vibrancy, presence, and deep connection; no one needs to “know how to dance” here, but rather be allowed to remember freedom, wildness, and softness.  

Intimacy Workshop for Couples 💫

For those who wish to deepen their connection as a couple, the tour offers an intimacy workshop with Mischa & Anka. 

• This workshop takes place in selected cities and is aimed at couples who want to be in relationship more consciously, honestly, and lovingly.  
• Program and content:
  
• A heart-opening cacao ceremony for two
• Partner exercises for presence, trust, and conscious touch
• Tools for more intimacy in everyday life, mindful space, honest encounter.  
  
• For whom: For couples for whom intimacy in everyday life is often lost and who would like to feel themselves in vibrant connection again.
