I am writing to you today on behalf of Santa Claus. The good fellow reached out to me over the weekend because he has finally hopped on the cocoa bandwagon. He proudly reported that his esoteric elf aunt converted him during glacier yoga.
Glacier-clear that his dear aunt was talking about our cocoa! The result? He wants cocoa instead of milk for his visit on Christmas Eve. And the cookies, if possible, free of refined sugar (optional).
The cocoa, he said, gives him just the right amount of energy and suppleness to elegantly climb down every chimney. He just has to be careful with his beard, ho ho ho.
We had a nice chat. I advised him against feeding the cocoa to his reindeer (due to the theobromine) and promised him I would inform all my cherished customers, of which you are one, dear sipper.
So, why not leave a little cup of cocoa out on the fireplace for dear Santa, along with a glass of water—because that is important in combination with cocoa.
Our Christmas Season
I don't know about you, dear sipper, but to my astonishment, my December has been quite relaxed so far. Above all, because my fabulous team is doing such a great job and is healthy and energetic at work.
A true blessing. 🫶
For me, that is by no means a coincidence, as we have made some perspective shifts that have led to less pressure on the team.
That is also the reason why products in our shop are sometimes marked as "sold out." Not because they are gone, but because our capacity limit for that specific product has been reached for the moment.
In this context, I must also unfortunately inform you that any cocoa you order now will not reach you before Christmas. Between the holidays, our hallowed halls are sparsely populated, so it might even be next year...
I didn't think we could navigate the pre-Christmas season so calmly—and have once again been proven wrong. Of course, we are still incredibly happy about your order and will process it as soon as possible with the greatest possible dedication. Word of honor.
