1. Event Format & Personal Responsibility
The Gathering is a collaboratively organized event by and with the Kakao Mischa Community. It is not a retreat or a commercial event. Kakao Mischa provides the organizational framework and invites co-creation.

2. Registration & Ticket Purchase
Tickets are available exclusively through the online shop. Returns are not possible. Tickets are transferable – resale at your own risk is permitted.

3. Conditions of Participation
Adults and children accompanied by an adult guardian can participate. There are no costs for children, provided they do not require their own bed.

4. Liability & Responsibility
Each participant bears full responsibility for themselves, their actions, and their property. Participation is at your own risk. Kakao Mischa excludes any liability.

5. Image Rights & Data Protection
Photography and filming may take place on site. By registering, you consent to the use of image material for internal and external communication purposes. You can object to this – please indicate this during registration. Your phone number will be used exclusively for organization related to the Gathering and will not be shared.

6. Accommodation & Catering
Accommodation is in shared rooms or at the campervan site. Room assignments are random. Bed reservations are not possible. Full board catering is included in the price. The first meal is a communal potluck picnic.

7. Sales & Payment Methods On Site
On site, there will be an opportunity to purchase cacao and other products at special conditions. Sales are made in one's own name. Payments can be made in cash or via PayPal.
