Never lose hope
When I first met Jonas, I wasn't sure who he was or what was going on with him. I just knew that I was looking at a veil that surely had a lot to hide.
What I had no idea about was the incredible development that Kakao Mischa had in store for him. And I find it hard to believe myself as I write this, but every day I discover more and more reliability, kindness and lightness in Jonas.
It's like he's shedding his old skin, over and over again. His commitment to our cocoa speaks volumes and when you meet him, you'll feel what I mean.
It is an honor and a privilege for me to offer Jonas this space to develop and to be rewarded with his precise work and his down-to-earth nature.
May we fight many more battles together and then celebrate the greatest festivals!
